Lev.26.21

"Then, if you walk contrary to Me, and are not willing to obey Me, I will bring on you seven times more plagues, according to your sins.

Lev.26.23

"And if even this doesn't work and you refuse my discipline and continue your defiance,

Lev.26.25

I'll let war loose on you, avenging your breaking of the covenant; when you huddle in your cities for protection, I'll send a deadly epidemic on you and you'll be helpless before your enemies;

Lev.26.27

And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;

Lev.26.27

"And if this--even this!-doesn't work and you still won't listen, still defy me,

Lev.26.27

"'If in spite of this you still do not listen to me but continue to be hostile toward me,

Lev.26.27

"And after all this, if you do not obey Me, but walk contrary to Me,

"If after this you still refuse to listen and still remain hostile toward me,

Lev.26.28

Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

Lev.26.28

I'll have had enough and in hot anger will defy you, punishing you for your sins seven times over:

Lev.26.28

then in my anger I will be hostile toward you, and I myself will punish you for your sins seven times over.

Lev.26.28

then I also will walk contrary to you in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

Lev.26.30

I will destroy your pagan shrines and cut down your incense altars. I will leave your corpses piled up beside your lifeless idols, and I will despise you.

Lev.26.31

And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.

Lev.26.31

I'll turn your cities into rubble; I'll clean out your sanctuaries; I'll hold my nose at the "pleasing aroma" of your sacrifices.

Lev.26.31

I will turn your cities into ruins and lay waste your sanctuaries, and I will take no delight in the pleasing aroma of your offerings.

Lev.26.31

Lev.26.31

I will make your cities desolate and destroy your places of worship, and I will take no pleasure in your offerings of incense.

Lev.26.32

And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.

Lev.26.32

Lev.26.32

I will lay waste the land, so that your enemies who live there will be appalled.

Lev.26.32

I will bring the land to desolation, and your enemies who dwell in it shall be astonished at it.

Lev.26.32

Lev.26.33

And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.

I will scatter you among the nations and will draw out my sword and pursue you. Your land will be laid waste, and your cities will lie in ruins.

Lev.26.33

I will scatter you among the nations and draw out a sword after you; your land shall be desolate and your cities waste.

And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth.

Lev.26.36

"As for those among you still alive, I'll give them over to fearful timidity--even the rustle of a leaf will throw them into a panic. They'll run here and there, back and forth, as if running for their lives even though no one is after them,

Lev.26.36

"'As for those of you who are left, I will make their hearts so fearful in the lands of their enemies that the sound of a windblown leaf will put them to flight. They will run as though fleeing from the sword, and they will fall, even though no one is pursuing them.

Lev.26.36

"And as for those of you who are left, I will send faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; the sound of a shaken leaf shall cause them to flee; they shall flee as though fleeing from a sword, and they shall fall when no one pursues.

Lev.26.36

"And for those of you who survive, I will demoralize you in the land of your enemies far away. You will live there in such constant fear that the sound of a leaf driven by the wind will send you fleeing. You will run as though chased by a warrior with a sword, and you will fall even when no one is pursuing you.

Lev.26.37

And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand before your enemies.

"But if they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, with their unfaithfulness in which they were unfaithful to Me, and that they also have walked contrary to Me,

Lev.26.40

"But at last my people will confess their sins and the sins of their ancestors for betraying me and being hostile toward me.

Lev.26.41

And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:

Lev.26.41

that set off my defiance that sent them off into enemy lands; if by some chance they soften their hard hearts and make amends for their sin,

Lev.26.41

which made me hostile toward them so that I sent them into the land of their enemies-then when their uncircumcised hearts are humbled and they pay for their sin,

Lev.26.41

and that I also have walked contrary to them and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if their uncircumcised hearts are humbled, and they accept their guilt--

Lev.26.41
