1: How do I change the Theme of the Devotional Bible App

To change the theme of the Devotional Bible App, follow this simple steps:

  1. Launch the app on your device
  2. On the Home page, click the Main Menu icon (at the top-right corner)
  3. Select Settings
  4. On the Settings page, select Themes & Fonts
  5. press Color Themes to select your preferred theme.

The app will reload to update your theme settings. 

2: My App Stopped displaying bible chapters, verses etc. Its Just Blank when I launch it

This issue occurs when the app database is either cleared unknowingly by the user or crashed by the device OS. Here are possible steps to take to resolve the issue:

  1. Clear the app from the app list by pressing the  third button (Android) or Home button (iOS) , swipe out the devotional Bible app from the list and re-launch the app again. (mild)
  2. Restart the device  and launch the app if Step 1 did not work
  3. If Step 2 failed, uninstall the app and download a fresh copy from the App Store (Google or Apple) (Caution: you will lose all your personal data except you are a Sync Data Access Subscriber before the crash took place)

3: How do I stop Ads

In the app there  is a provision to stop ads whenever you are using the app. To stop ads:

  1. Launch the app
  2. On the Home page, scroll down to the Want to Stop Ads? Click Here Link, click on the link if you want to pay using Google pay OR
  3. select the alternative, to pay using PayStack Payment system suited for Nigerian and other African countries
  4. If you pay for the Stop Ads feature using step 2, the ads will stop automatically once Google confirms your payment but
  5. if you pay using the Step 3, once Paystack notifies the developer of your payment, the Stop Ads feature will be activated and ads will stop displaying.
