To build the body of Christ and make them to be kingdom conscious.
The Pharisees and Sadducees were wonderful religious people who followed laws. Nobody kept the laws or obeyed the laws like them and they are similar to Muslim leaders and other religious groups whose lives are regulated by laws and centred on obedience to religious laws. Islam has many laws that are more than a thousand that an adherent must put or hide in his or her heart and obey daily - one of such is that you must know the foot to use to enter the mosque and the foot to use in coming out just as in going into the toilet and coming out too.
Following the Messiah is not about physical laws that squeezes the sweet smelling savour out of one but more of becoming the salt of the earth. Salt is good but when it loses its saltines then it is a clanging cymbal making the most noise.
Love is the central theme of following the Messiah because love laid the foundation for the cross and when love is lost then our sole aim of existence is eroded. Love saved the woman caught in adultery whereas the law designed to stone her to death. Love saved one of the thieves on the cross but decay and rot in the heart of the other thief sentenced him to eternal condemnation.
Decay is evil and sin but pampering and indulging in it or carrying it and running along with it generates rot that endanger the individual and posterity. We must let go of our decay before it rots. All decay and rots or evil nature and sin were sentenced to the cross by the Messiah Christ which is why the scripture says that all the handwriting that were against me were nailed to the cross.
Life is ever changing and many decays and rots that were not in existence many years ago are now being accepted as ways of life and many governments approve them and make them to be laws. Immorality is now endorsed and approved in many societies as not being a decay and rot added to many abominable things that are canned and eaten as food or used as lotions and for health. We must not be ignorant of the Devil's devices and the universal system. Be gentle as the dove and wise as the serpent for the Devil prowls around seeking whom he may devour.
May the Spirit of the Lord guide us in all things. So Be It. Shalom.
