Hallelujah! Blessed man, blessed woman, who fear GOD, Who cherish and relish his commandments,

Their children will be successful everywhere; an entire generation of godly people will be blessed.

Their houses brim with wealth And a generosity that never runs dry.

Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.

Sunrise breaks through the darkness for good people--God's grace and mercy and justice!

The good person is generous and lends lavishly;

Good will come to him who is generous and lends freely, who conducts his affairs with justice.

A good man deals graciously and lends; He will guide his affairs with discretion.

No shuffling or stumbling around for this one, But a sterling and solid and lasting reputation.

Spirit firm, unperturbed, Ever blessed, relaxed among enemies,

His heart is secure, he will have no fear; in the end he will look in triumph on his foes.

They are confident and fearless and can face their foes triumphantly.

They lavish gifts on the poor--A generosity that goes on, and on, and on. An honored life! A beautiful life!

Someone wicked takes one look and rages, Blusters away but ends up speechless. There's nothing to the dreams of the wicked. Nothing. he

The wicked man will see and be vexed, he will gnash his teeth and waste away; the longings of the wicked will come to nothing.

The wicked will be infuriated when they see this. They will grind their teeth in anger; they will slink away, their hopes thwarted.
