Ps.105.12

When they were but a few men in number; yea, very few, and strangers in it.

When they didn't count for much, a mere handful, and strangers at that,

He said this when they were few in number, a tiny group of strangers in Canaan.

Wandering from country to country, drifting from pillar to post,

He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes;

He permitted no one to abuse them. He told kings to keep their hands off:

Yet he did not let anyone oppress them. He warned kings on their behalf:

Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

"Don't you dare lay a hand on my anointed, don't hurt a hair on the heads of my prophets."

"Do not touch my anointed ones; do my prophets no harm."

Saying, "Do not touch My anointed ones, And do My prophets no harm."

"Do not touch these people I have chosen, and do not hurt my prophets."

Ps.105.16

Moreover he called for a famine upon the land: he brake the whole staff of bread.

He sent a man before them, even Joseph, who was sold for a servant:

Whose feet they hurt with fetters: he was laid in iron:

They put cruel chains on his ankles, an iron collar around his neck,

They bruised his feet with shackles, his neck was put in irons,

They hurt his feet with fetters, He was laid in irons.

There in prison, they bruised his feet with fetters and placed his neck in an iron collar.

Until the time that his word came: the word of the LORD tried him.

till what he foretold came to pass, till the word of the LORD proved him true.

Until the time came to fulfill his word, the LORD tested Joseph's character.

The king sent and loosed him; even the ruler of the people, and let him go free.

God sent the king to release him. The Pharaoh set Joseph free;

Then Pharaoh sent for him and set him free; the ruler of the nation opened his prison door.

He made him lord of his house, and ruler of all his substance:

He appointed him master of his palace, put him in charge of all his business

He made him lord of his house, And ruler of all his possessions,

Joseph was put in charge of all the king's household; he became ruler over all the king's possessions.

Ps.105.22

To bind his princes at his pleasure; and teach his senators wisdom.

Ps.105.22

To personally instruct his princes and train his advisors in wisdom.

to instruct his princes as he pleased and teach his elders wisdom.

To bind his princes at his pleasure, And teach his elders wisdom.

He could instruct the king's aides as he pleased and teach the king's advisers.
