And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,

Upon entering, Gabriel greeted her: Good morning! You're beautiful with God's beauty, Beautiful inside and out! God be with you.

The angel went to her and said, "Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you."

And having come in, the angel said to her, "Rejoice, highly favored one, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women!"

Gabriel appeared to her and said, "Greetings, favored woman! The Lord is with you! "

And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.

She was thoroughly shaken, wondering what was behind a greeting like that.

Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be.

Confused and disturbed, Mary tried to think what the angel could mean.

And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.

But the angel assured her, "Mary, you have nothing to fear. God has a surprise for you:

But the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favor with God.

Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.

"Don't be frightened, Mary," the angel told her, "for God has decided to bless you!

And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

You will become pregnant and give birth to a son and call his name Jesus.

Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?

Mary said to the angel, "But how? I've never slept with a man."

"How will this be," Mary asked the angel, "since I am a virgin?"

Luke.1.34

Then Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I do not know a man?"

Luke.1.34

Mary asked the angel, "But how can I have a baby? I am a virgin."

Luke.1.35

And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

The angel answered, The Holy Spirit will come upon you, the power of the Highest hover over you; Therefore, the child you bring to birth will be called Holy, Son of God.

The angel answered, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.

And the angel answered and said to her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.

The angel replied, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the baby born to you will be holy, and he will be called the Son of God.

Luke.1.36

And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren.

"And did you know that your cousin Elizabeth conceived a son, old as she is? Everyone called her barren, and here she is six months' pregnant!

Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, and she who was said to be barren is in her sixth month.

Now indeed, Elizabeth your relative has also conceived a son in her old age; and this is now the sixth month for her who was called barren.

What's more, your relative Elizabeth has become pregnant in her old age! People used to say she was barren, but she's already in her sixth month.

For with God nothing shall be impossible.

Nothing, you see, is impossible with God."

For with God nothing will be impossible."

And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her.

And Mary said, Yes, I see it all now: I'm the Lord's maid, ready to serve. Let it be with me just as you say. Then the angel left her.

Luke.1.38

"I am the Lord's servant," Mary answered. "May it be to me as you have said." Then the angel left her.

Luke.1.38

Then Mary said, "Behold the maidservant of the Lord! Let it be to me according to your word." And the angel departed from her.

Mary responded, "I am the Lord's servant, and I am willing to accept whatever he wants. May everything you have said come true." And then the angel left.
